Voice Documentation Made Easy

Are your employees handling calls in a productive and efficient manner? Have you ever been in a position where you needed call details from a prior phone conversation? ATS Communications can help address all these business challenges using the best of business call documentation, the Oaysis Talkument.
The Oaysis Talkument enables your business to store, organize, comment and collaborate on all inbound and outbound calls. Prior to the technological enhancements of voice documentation, employees handling calls can only take notes or mentally try to remember details of a prior conversation. These methods are proven to omit detailed information needed to help your business effectively manage and successfully perform. Talkuments graphical interface has made it very simple when utilizing Oaysis's voice documentation application. Those familiar using Microsoft's Outlook will have not problem archiving, editing and sending digital copies of telephone calls. ATS Selected by key partners for SIP Certification Process

ATS has been chosen amongst the western US dealer network to work directly with Toshiba and TelePacific to participate in the final testing stages for the certification of TelePacific's SIP trunking solutions with Toshiba's CIX IP system.
Our involvement included installing TelePacific SIP service on our in-house Toshiba
CIX system and running a myriad of test and working directly with TelePacific and
Toshiba engineers to report findings. After our trial period was completed and we
met all requirements from TelePacific and Toshiba, an official announcement was
made about the certification of Interoperability amongst Toshiba Telecommunications
Systems Division and TelePacific Communications, two highly respected and valued
partners. The combination of Toshiba's family of Strata CIX IP business communications
systems and TelePacific's highly praised SmartVoice carrier SIP Trunking technology
bring the next generation of VoIP. The interoperability of both partners offers
small to medium sized businesses a competitive advantage utilizing Toshiba's superior
telephony platform. The certification amongst Toshiba Telecommunication Systems
and TelePacific delivers seamless integration, which provides businesses the confidence
and ease of transitioning from older, more costly carriers, to TelePacific's cost
effective solution. "We are proud to be a part of this certification process and
are excited to share this technology combination with local businesses and show
them how this offering can give their businesses a competitive advantage and make
a positive impact on their bottom lines. This a true win for Toshiba, TelePacific,
and the end user," commented John Zeller, President of ATS Communications in a recent
press release.
