End of Support for Covad vPBX Equipment

Your current hardware associated with Covad's vPBX Hosted VoIP system has not been supported by Covad for some time now as you have been made aware from earlier ATS correspondence. While ATS has been solely supporting this equipment since Covad's end of support announcement, our ability to provide the level of service that meets our own expectations has become very restricted due to limited resources and discontinued equipment. Since we are unable to deliver appropriate service expectations, it has become necessary for us to end our support for this equipment.

Because Covad no longer supports your equipment and ATS is unable to provide your support, your business is at risk with any type of equipment or service failure. We have an alternative solution for your business to mitigate this very high risk that we think you will be excited about.
