California Telephone refers customers to ATS
CONCORD, CA — May 25, 2011 — California Telephone, a leading unified communications provider, announced today that the company will be moving on and referring their customer base to another trusted provider, ATS Communications. The decision came about as Rod Boles, President of California Telephone, announced his retirement after 27 years as a small business owner within the telecommunications industry.
Boles expressed thanks to his loyal customer base and was confident in his decision. "My referral to ATS was a strategic and well planned resolution," commented Boles. "Our customers have been very loyal over the years and I wanted to leave them with the best company possible. ATS delivers the friendly and competent service my customers expect and can offer the most professional communications solutions available in Northern California." The transition has started this week with calls being directed to ATS's main service center for uninterrupted support to California Telephone's clients.
ATS Communications has locations in Concord, West Sacramento and Redding, positioning them as the ideal provider to service additional customers. They have been a certified Toshiba dealer since 1989 and are ranked in the top 10% of dealers nationally. They are also able to service Panasonic and Comdial with the addition of California Telephone and resources.
