ATS Is Migrating Databases

We are excited to announce that ATS is migrating to a new Professional Services Automation (PSA) database platform effective November 1, 2022. This is the cumulation of several months of work and preparation with the objectives to improve our operational efficiency and to enhance our ability to support our clients. This new PSA system will add capabilities that directly impact our experience with you.

We are adding operational tools and integrations with improved internal processes as well as direct client enhancements including:

• Reducing response time from support request
• Improved time to resolution on support tickets
• Improving the ability to open new support tickets
• Adding a client facing portal to review tickets and projects (phase2)
• Streamlining the ability to approve projects
• Improving the Invoicing Process and layout
• Improved quoting system with electronic approvals and signatures

The ATS team is going through extensive training in preparation for this new PSA platform. But as we have each probably experienced, change can create some short-term challenges. We are working to stay ahead of the learning curve but are realistic that some unforeseen scenarios might arise. We are committed that supporting your systems is our top priority and will work diligently to address any situation if it arises. We appreciate your understanding as we move forward with our new implementation.
