Please send us a request to service@teamATS.com with the subject 2025 phone updates and share with us your specific holiday dates and any specific call handling instructions you'd like us to modify on any of identified dates. Please note, unless you are a Partner Plan or Pro-IT client, standard billing rates will apply for these system changes.

Additionally, for your records, we would like to share with you our Holiday schedule for 2025. As a reminder, support is still available during ATS observed holidays.
